Lubricants

Kao produces a wide range of polyol ester which using a variety of raw materials from natural oils and fats in conjunction with a unique synthesis process. These polyol ester base oils are widely used in automotive lubricants, refrigerator oil, air compressor oil, wind turbin oil, grease and other lubricate products.

KAOLUBE series
TRIMEX series

This series of products include Kao's mono/di-amines which used isomeric or alkyl alcohol. They are widely used in synthetic polyurea greases, MoDTC Friction Modifier and other functional additives for lubricating oil and grease.

FARMIN series

This series ether carboxylic acid surfactants, produced in Kao Germany, contains a variety of fatty alcohols, oleyl alcohols, with different combinations of EO/PO in various carbon chain lengths and structures. They can provide multifunctions for different users of metalworking fluids, including hard water resistance, high lubricity, good dispersibility, and low foaming.

In addition, this series of products can also be used as anionic surfactants for industrial cleaning products.
 
Akypo series

This series is an alcohol ether amide surfactant produced in Kao Germany, contains a variety fatty alcohols, oleyl alcohols, with different combinations EO/PO in various carbon chain lengths and structures. They have a wide range of HLB values, very good emulsifying power for vegetable oils, and excellent resistance to metal rusting and corrosion, and it can be used as a main emulsifier in metalworking fluids, rolling fluids, and micro-emulsions.

AMIDET series

This series contains a wide range of nonion surfactants, various carbon chain length and structure of alkyl, phenyl, benzyl alcohol with different combinations of EO/PO alcohol ether with different HLB value and cloud point, can be used as the main emulsifier for metalworking fluids, rolling fluids and micro-emulsions. They can also be used as the main surfactants for industrial cleaning.

EMULGEN series
FINDET series

This series of products are alkyl alcohol ether phosphate esters produced by Kao Germany, which not only have good water solubility, but also have very low foam. This product is widely added to metal working fluids and rolling fluids to improve anti-wear, extreme pressure, and metal corrosion resistance.

FOSFODET series

This series of products have good emulsifying and solubilising properties for all kinds of base oils, and can be used as main emulsifiers in metalworking fluids, rolling fluids and micro-emulsions, as well as in all kinds of textile oil products.
