Kao Plasticizer (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd (KPM) is a joint venture between Kao Corporation of Japan and IOI Oleochemical Industries Berhad. Established in 1996, KPM specializes in producing plasticizers and other additives for the plastics industry, focusing primarily on plasticizers for polyvinyl chloride (PVC).
