Sustainable

Fluorine-free and VOC-free water-based mold release agent

LUNAFLOW RA series is an environmentally friendly mold release agent that considers the health of factory workers.

■Fluorine-free

It does not contain fluorine, which is of concern for its impact on human health and the environment.

■VOC-free (100% water-based)

It is a water-based coating that does not use organic solvents and therefore does not generate VOCs, which are of concern for their impact on human health.

■Naturally derived materials

It contains CNF (Cellulose Nanofiber), which is naturally derived materials from wood.

Reusable

The mold release effect continues even with repeated use.

Using LUNAFLOW RA series ensures that the release agent components remain on the substrate without migrating to the resin side even after resin release.

We applied a silicone-based release agent with fluorescent labeling to a SUS substrate, and also applied LUNAFLOW RA series to the same substrate, and then compared the surface of the substrate before and after resin release using microscopy images.
