It is a highly hydrophilic surfactant and approved as a food additives. It is a usuful emulsifier, dispersant and solubilizer for aroma chemiclas and oils. Combination of EMASOL S-120V and highly lipophlic one of EMASOL-series lead to a giving an excellent emulsifier.
