We introduced Kao-Quaker products in order to reduce the burden on employees caused by odors unique to the alkaline phenol process and to address environmental concerns. As a result, we were able to dramatically reduce odors, improving the work environment and environmental performance.

We started using Kao-Quaker products with the aim of reducing product defects caused by casting problems and the resultant increase in work time, and have enhanced product quality by reducing burn-on and residue, and improved productivity by reducing the work required to rectify product defects.

Concerned with the defect rate of our products, we started using EG RUNNER and succeeded in improving product quality by stabilizing air permeability in evaporative pattern casting and improving pour quality. EG RUNNER has helped to improve environmental performance by reducing waste materials and enhance productivity by reducing the weight of the runners.
