HOMOGENOL C series is a solvent-based dispersant that can be applied to a wide range of solvents. HOMOGENOL C series does not contain metallic ions such as sodium and potassium, and leaves no metal residue after combustion, making it applicable to electronic components.
Feature
HOMOGENOL C Series is a dispersant with the ternary polymer structure consisting of adsorption groups, dispersion groups, and functional groups. The adsorption groups and functional groups promote adsorption to solid particles and cover the surface of solid particles in the capsule-like structure. By enhancing adsorption to particles, they exhibit high dispersibility.

Dispersibility of carbon black
【Test conditions】
❶ Mix dispersant with solvent in plastic bottle, and add pigment after dissolving.
・Carbon black with 24nm : 10% slurry concentration, dispersant added 10% (solid content) to pigment
❷ After adding 1mm diameter zirconia beads, dispersion process for 3 hours in a paint shaker.
❸ After filtration, slurry viscosity and average particle size (D50) are measured.
Dispersibility of titanium oxide
【Test conditions】
❶ Mix dispersant with solvent in plastic bottle, and add pigment after dissolving.
・Titanium oxide with 400nm : 10% slurry concentration, dispersant added 5% (solid content) to pigment
❷ After adding 1mm diameter zirconia beads, dispersion process for 3 hours in a paint shaker.
❸ After filtration, slurry viscosity and average particle size (D50) are measured.
