Kao's STAY BRIGHT is a new anti-rust cleaner for metal parts that combines superior cleaning performance with rust protection.
Applying an anti-rust coating* on the metal surface while cleaning eliminates the need for individual packaging for rust prevention. It also demonstrates strong cleaning power at low temperatures, reducing CO₂ emissions during the cleaning process.

During the transportation of machinery parts, such as car parts, etc. rust can form on iron and aluminum due to dew condensation caused by temperature changes, resulting in the need for the removal of rust and the disposal of parts during receiving inspections.
In order to prevent rust, a range of measures can be taken, including package desiccants and the individual packaging of parts, however, this incurs additional material and labor costs.
The application of anti-rust oils can also be problematic in that residual oil can impact post processes and add to the workload.
To address this issue, Kao has developed STAY BRIGHT, an innovative anti-rust cleaner for metal parts, which provides an anti-rust effect to the cleaning of metal parts before transportation.
